Designed especially to allow for bloating, colostomy bags and ease of putting on, these trousers are made from a twill fabric that has a slight stretch and a slim fit.

Fabric

95% cotton, 5% elastane

Features:

- Adjustable front wrap to allow for changing stomach size

- Longer back seat 

- Removed excess from from hips

- Removed excess from behind the knees

- Elasticated back waistband 

- Invisible *zips at each side

- Invisible *zips on the leg hems

The size guide is the actual measurement of the garment itself; the waistband has stretch so you can match to your body or go up a size if you want to have more room. We have based sizing on the measurements in inches of the waist measurement.
